2007-2008 Royal Palm Yearbook Dedicated to
Dr. Thaxter Dickey

Following an elaborate skit in chapel in his honor, the Royal Palm Yearbook Staff yesterday dedicated the 2007-2008 yearbook to Dr. Thaxter Dickey. Dr. Dickey has been serving as a faculty member at FC since 1979. “He is the consummate professor,” said Dr. H.E. “Buddy” Payne in the dedication in the yearbook. “He has complete control of his subject and is able to communicate it well. He has a passion that has not waned through the years.”
