Payne Named New President

At 1:30 p.m. today, Friday, March 13, the Board of Directors of Florida College named their Vice President and Academic Dean, DR. BUDDY PAYNE, as its new President, to succeed retiring President Colly Caldwell.

Dr. Payne will transition from his current position to the presidency over the next few months. The Board has heard from and listened to all of those who have participated in this search process, and wishes to thank you for all of your help and input.

We are confident that Dr. Payne will uphold the mission and traditions of Florida College while he moves forward to meet the new challenges that face the College now and in the future.
