This position reports to the Director of Online Education and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the school while supporting strategic initiatives led by the Head of School. The Registrar serves as the chief academic records officer and a key member of the academic leadership team at Florida College. This role ensures the integrity and security of all student academic data while providing exceptional service that supports our mission of delivering a transformative liberal arts education grounded in biblical values. The Registrar partners closely with faculty, staff, and students to facilitate academic success and maintain the highest standards of academic record-keeping.
This position reports directly to the Associate Provost and collaborates extensively with the Administrative Assistant to the Provost, Assistant to the Registrar, department chairs, faculty, admissions, and the Academic Advising Office. It is primarily face-to-face and office-based with regular use of computer equipment, ability to lift and move files and documents, and occasional evening or weekend work during peak registration and commencement periods.
