FC Bound is a weekend experience for admitted high school seniors looking to make final decisions about their college plans. At FC Bound, you’ll experience classes, join student-led organizations, explore what Tampa has to offer, and even spend a day at a world-renowned amusement park just minutes from campus. By the end of the weekend, we hope you feel like family and are confident in your decision to make Florida College home for the next four years.

The next FC Bound event is scheduled for February 20-23, 2025. This event is reserved for admitted high school seniors. While parents are not allowed at this event, they are encouraged and welcome to attend any of our Experience FC days with their students. FC Bound spots are limited–don’t wait to snag your place!

Planning for FC Bound

Registration
- To secure a spot at this event, it is mandatory for students to register on this website. Please note that registration for this event will be closed two weeks in advance. Don’t miss out on this opportunity and register now!
Payment
- There is a $60 registration fee for each admitted student attending FC Bound. This fee covers food, event activities, and a t-shirt. Also, if you decide to join us for Busch Gardens on Saturday, tickets will be offered at a discounted rate of $80 which will be added to your registration fee.
- You are not registered until we receive your payment and you receive email confirmation.
- If you arrive before the event starts or stay after it ends, any additional costs will need to be covered by the guest.
Housing
- Guests can only stay in the dorms for a maximum of three nights during the event. If you need to extend your stay beyond that, you’ll need to seek permission from Megan Baird, the Campus Visit Specialist.
Transportation
- Transportation will be provided between Tampa International Airport and campus on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please consider the pick-up and drop-off times below when making your travel arrangements:
- Pick-up from the Tampa International Airport: Thursday, 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m.
- Drop-off at the Tampa International Airport: Saturday, 7 a.m., 1 p.m. or Sunday, 1 p.m., 3 p.m.
- We will provide transportation to Temple Terrace Church of Christ on Sunday for students staying Saturday night who don’t have transportation to other congregations.
- The admissions office will be arranging accommodations for guests in the dorms for FC Bound. For more information, contact Megan Baird.

While You’re Here

Residence Halls Guidelines & Curfew
- For all guests, curfew is 11 p.m. on Thursday and 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
What to Wear
- Chapel and Classes: Casual dress (no shorts or workout clothes are permitted while attending chapel or classes)
- Around Campus: Casual dress (shorts, jeans, skirts, t-shirts, etc.)
- Evening programs: Nice casual dress (jeans, khakis, skirts, etc.)
- NOTE: Skirts and shorts must touch the kneecap. Shirts must cover the mid-section, stomach and back. Tank tops and spaghetti-strap shirts are not permitted.
What to Bring
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Towels
- Toiletries/personal items (soap, toothbrush, etc.)
- Bible
