Our Projects

Coming 2024-2025: Romine Engineering Building and Payne Amphitheater

The Romine Engineering Building at Florida College will feature classrooms, labs, and a maker space designed to foster collaboration and discovery. Here, students will explore principles of design and mechanics, integrating innovation and Christian faith as they delve into God’s handiwork.

Nestled along the Hillsborough River, the Payne Amphitheater will be a beacon of student learning and community engagement. Slated for completion by spring 2025, this project features seating for 500, a covered stage, doubling its previous capacity to host lectures, concerts, and gatherings, while honoring the work of Chancellor and Mrs. Payne.

For those interested in naming opportunities for either of these projects please contact the Advancement Office 813.988.5131 ext. 7 or development@floridacollege.edu
