History

A Bachelor of Arts in History teaches students how to relate to others by analyzing human nature’s effect on society throughout time. Professors consult with students on an individual basis for every paper and presentation given in upper division classes and customize schedules to fit students’ career plans. Research, writing, public speaking, and critical thinking are all skills are perfected by participating in rigorous coursework

A degree in history from Florida College will guide students into careers such as law practice, teaching, writing, or postgraduate work. Future students can look forward to personal teacher-mentorships and small discussion classes with others who are passionate about the past.
