Gabe
Gabe’s plan was to become a world famous guitar player. He was given a rare scholarship to one of the most prestigious music institutes in the nation. He spent a year of his life giving every ounce of himself to becoming a better musician, but he lost himself along the way. After visiting friends at FC, he realized it was the opportunity he was scared to miss out on. He transferred to FC his sophomore year and hasn’t looked back since. He is no longer chasing a dream, he is living it.

Avery’s lifelong dream was to play collegiate volleyball. After initially joining an NCAA Division 2 team, she realized she was missing like-minded peers. In her sophomore year, Avery made the life-altering decision to transfer to Florida College. Here, she discovered not just a team but a supportive community that fuels her determination, uplifts her faith, and passionately cheers her every step of the way.

Evan’s educational journey took him from a community college to the campus of a public university, where being a Christian was a constant challenge. However, it was his unwavering dream of attending Florida College, nurtured through time spent at FC’s summer camps, that finally led him to make a life-changing decision in his junior year. Transferring to FC marked a turning point in his academic and spiritual path. Now, as a student of Florida College, Evan has discovered a place he can further his education and grow his faith.
