Bell Chapters and Camps may use this form to submit scholarship awards for Florida College students.

For each student, please provide the total scholarship amount the student will receive for the entire academic year.

Scholarships for students attending the entire year will be distributed equally between the two semesters.

Important deadlines:

• Names and total annual award amounts: Due July 15
• Fall Funds: Due July 15
• Spring Funds: Due January 15

Please note: Individuals may not give funds to a chapter with the intent of designating specific students as scholarship recipients. To remain in compliance with IRS charitable giving regulations, all chapter scholarships must be awarded at the discretion of the chapter.
