Established June 29, 2012 in honor of Rachel (Kopel) Dare, Florida College Chemistry Professor (1950-51) and Maury Dare, member of the Florida College Board of Directors (1968). Florida College is appreciative of John and Rosemary Brown for their faithful vision and loving generosity in support of The Rachel and Maury Dare Endowed Professorship in Chemistry, and their support for excellence in education at Florida College and the next generation of Christian leaders.
