A Bachelor of Arts in Music provides students the opportunity to study a broad music curriculum while taking advantage of extensive opportunities for improving performance skills. In addition to the general education core, students dig deeper into music theory, music history, music technology, and conducting.
Florida College’s music curriculum also allows students to expand their musical repertoire by participating in ensembles, taking piano and voice classes, and receiving private instrument or voice lessons, culminating in a senior recital. Our experienced faculty members guide students toward specialized areas of study approved by the National Association of Schools of Music, preparing graduates for a wide range of potential careers.
The Bachelor of Arts in Music at Florida College is designed to develop both artistic excellence and academic depth.
